Life
Got married again on 2/22/05 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I live 10 minutes from Sun Valley in North Wilmington. I work for Vollmer Associates, an engineering firm, in Aston (formerly Brandywine Valley Engineers) located in the red brick building in the front of the Duttons Mill Shopping Center (just across from Elliot's). Couldn't spend my days much closer to our old school, could I? My mother still lives on Bancroft Drive in Aston, and I visit her a couple of days a week at lunch time. She's still very active (last year, she cut down a dogwood tree herself). I hope I have her spunk when I'm 80 years old.
I have two children (a boy and a girl) and had a grandson February 10, 2004 and another grandson born February 11, 2005. My husband has 3 grandchildren (all sweet little girls) who live in Germany, (they lived with us in 2003) a...Expand for more
nd we hope to visit them soon. I've been trying to teach myself German, but have so little time these days. We are starting a construction consulting/management company and expect good things in the future. Not getting older, just better!
I love to travel. I visited Nova Scotia, Canada in August 2004 with my brother and 6 other cousins to explore where our grandmother was raised, in Meteghen River. It was a blast. We stayed on the Bay of Fundy, at the Hannah Hill House. I felt like I was back in the 50's. Tony, the owner, became one of the family. He told wonderful stories. He has a website; you can search on Hannah Hill House and find it. There's an interesting story (with pictures) about a creature that washed up on the shore there a couple of years ago.
Just got back from another trip to West Palm Beach area and Disney.
